Orient Star hotel
Magnificent hotel which was built in 1851-1855 and renovated in the year 2000. Located inside of the Mukhamed Aminkhan madrassah just next to the most famous sight in Khiva – Kuk Minor tower. So guests even can start excursion just from there by walking along the narrow streets of the old citadel, glancing at the workshops and feel as if they are in a small part of the ancient city several ages ago. The hotel rooms where guests live also have an ancient appearance like khujras (cells) and this is another feature of the hotel which makes it unique. In the past, these khujras (cells) of the hotel were madrasah students rooms. But though hotel has an ancient look it has got all comfort and modern facilities.
